Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
This website is operated by Deadpoolshop. Throughout the site, we use the terms “we”, “our”, and “us” to refer to our company/website, which is Deadpoolshop.co.uk.
“Goods” refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. “Orders” refers to your request to purchase goods from us. “Service” refers to the website. “Website” refers to Deadpoolshop.co.uk, accessible at https://Deadpoolshop.co.uk.
“Your” refers to the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which that person accesses or uses the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
An order can be cancelled in two cases: before shipment (for example, in case of a mistake on your part) or after receipt (for example, if the item is damaged), but not during shipment (i.e., if the order is still on its way to you).
1/ First Case (before shipment):
You have the right to cancel your order immediately before shipment. Refunds for orders cancelled before shipment will be processed strictly via bank transfer through our bank, Wise, to your bank account, and not through Stripe (the initial payment method). Therefore, if your refund request is accepted, please provide your IBAN via email or WhatsApp.
2/ Second Case (after receipt):
After receiving your order, the return window is 30 days from the date you received the goods or from the date a third party you designated (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision via WhatsApp or email: [email protected], or via our contact form.
In this second case, we will retain the option to refund you via bank transfer through our bank, Wise, or via the original payment method (Stripe). We will notify you via WhatsApp or email regarding our decision on your refund request.
Important: Once the refund/return request is accepted, we will send you a return label. You will have 7 days to drop off the product at the specified office. If you miss this deadline, we will not be able to issue a refund, and you will be required to keep the product.
Refund Timeframe
We will refund you within 7-8 working days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the corresponding method (as explained above), and you will incur no fees for such a refund.
Return Conditions
For goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased or received within the last 30 days.

The goods are in the original packaging.

The goods are in the same condition as when you received them.
The following goods cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods that are, by their nature, not suitable for return, deteriorate quickly, or have passed their expiry date.

Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
Only goods purchased at regular price can be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not allowed under applicable law.
Returning Goods
You can simply contact us to get return instructions.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipping process. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may opt to offer a partial refund (20% to 40% of the product price) for damaged products to cover repair costs (e.g., for toys, figurines, or any other items that can be repaired without return). Please contact us via WhatsApp to find an acceptable solution for both parties. In such cases, the partial refund will be made only via bank transfer to your IBAN.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to deliver it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
