Provided that the items are available, we make every effort to maintain an accurate inventory. However, stock discrepancies may arise, preventing us from supplying all items at the time of your purchase. In such cases, we will contact you to determine whether you wish to wait for the product to be restocked or opt for a voucher.

4. Delivery Terms
The delivery time is typically 8 to 10 days. However, depending on the supplier and shipping method, this may extend to up to 3 weeks in exceptional cases.
In case the delivery exceeds 3 weeks, we will offer alternatives: free shipping of a new item, a gift voucher of a higher value than the original, or a full refund.

Requests to change the delivery address are accepted as long as the order has not been shipped.

We can ship to PO Boxes via standard postal services.

We can ship to military addresses via USPS only.
